When we reply
Messages are answered in the evenings, usually within two days. Event and hire enquiries can take a little longer in the summer.
Find us
At the northern end of the seafront, below Knightstone Island. Ten minutes’ walk from the High Street along the prom.
Who you need
Four things we are asked about most. Each one goes to a different volunteer, so pointing yourself in the right direction gets you an answer faster.
New to the lake
Come to a beginners’ session rather than emailing — it is a much better answer than anything we can write down.
